Guarantee and Repair Policy

Beads On A String has a limited guarantee on every item.  
As long as Beads On A String remains a viable company, any items purchased will be repaired, or replaced.

Depending on availability of materials used your purchased will be either repaired or replaced.

Beads On A String recommends all items returned to be insured or certified.  
Beads On A String will not be held liable for lost, damaged, or misdirected items in the mail.

If any items were damaged as a fault of your own, Beads On A String will repair the item. 
All replacement materials and shipping and handling, will be paid by the customer.
